Babes in the Woods is making its fall debut on Wednesday, September 8th this year. We will kick off our fall season with an Insect Safari at Hoover Forest Preserve in Yorkville. During the program, parent and child will explore insects, spiders, and other leggy creatures through a variety of fun, hands-on activities outdoors. The program will run from 9:30-11AM and is free. Babes in the Woods is a free monthly program offered by Kendall County Forest Preserve District for preschool age children and their caregiver. Class time involves outdoor exploration, songs, hands-on activities, and projects. To register for the class or to find out more information, please contact the Education Department at 630-553-4111.
